The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly, attentive and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome, especially Justin, we were prepared the welcoming room with flowers by our honeymoon! It was amazing. Breakfast is varied and of good quality, ideal to start the day before visiting the temples of Angkor.

Overall, a hotel recommended both for its comfort and excellent Service. We would definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean, close to everything including a nice grocery store and the spa made me not want to leave the hotel. In fact, it would be easy to just hang by the pool and eat and drink at the restaurant in between spa treatments because this place has it all.   A wonderfully curated tour experience of Angkor Wats temples with Mr Kai  - We used Mr Kai as a tour guide for 2 days of temple tours (Angkor Wat etc). We had an amazing experience with Mr Kai and his driver, Mr Ping!

They were always on time (actually early). They were so friendly and such warm people. Mr Kai was very knowledgeable about not only temple history, but Cambodian history. We learned a lot but it was never overwhelming. He planned the perfect itinerary and showed us the best places and ensured that each experience was different and interesting. Sometimes temple tours can feel like the same thing over and over again and get get boring but this was not the case.

In addition, the car was very comfortable and air conditioned which was a must for the heat and humidity of Siem Reap. They were both very careful and made sure we were ok and well hydrated. They always had cold water and cold towels for us whenever we needed them after a stop.

Mr Kai’s English was excellent and he was easy to communicate with. He was funny and engaging and made side stops for fruits and cakes and anything we thought was interesting along the road. We can’t thank him enough for this amazing experience showing us one of the most spectacular places on our planet. Definitely recommend Mr Kai and we thank him from the bottoms of our hearts! He was truly wonderful and we had the best time! Thank you Mr Kai!
